Eco-Pilot is a piloting platform for housing, which allows you to manage your tenants’
energy consumption while ensuring them optimal comfort.
Thanks to the wall switch near the entrance in the flat, tenants can, with one quick and simple gesture, set their homes in the presence or absence mode. Thus the energy manager Eco-Touch learns their habits and, after some time, predicts their daily routine.
Tenants do not change their lifestyle but thresholds can be set by the Eco-Touch for their items of energy expenditure (for example : heating temperature, water, hotplate, sockets).
› Automatic regulation of the heating system during periods of sleep and anticipation of awakenings
› Automatic regulation of the heating system during periods of absence and anticipation of returns.
› Lightings are switched off during absences
› The items of energy expenditure chosen by the building supervisor are cut off
Do you think your tenants should learn how to manage their daily energy expenses ?
We’ve developed a tool that can help you with this task.
› Help tenants understand how their connected dwelling works and how to manage their energy consumption.
› Create awareness about the right things to do
